German Desk Relationship Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Perform and co-ordinate marketing activities for German MNC’s and Verbund customers within North Asia for HK Branch. 
• Align all North Asian marketing activities within the global customer strategy with the group relationship managers in Germany 
• Structure, propose, negotiate and implement tailor-made financing packages to strengthen the bank’s core lending competency and enhance the branches treasury business with German MNC’s 
• Monitor existing customer portfolio in a prudent manner, identify and implement additional cross -selling business opportunities 
• Prepare call reports/credit applications and annual reviews in co-operation with Credit department and head-office.
• Client onboarding and monitoring PR for internal and external marketing of German Desk activities 
• Manage and provide training for German Desk trainees 

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a comparable field 
• Seasoned account manager with experience in a relevant customer or product unit
• Knowledge of the bank’s German clientele portfolio, credit procedures, and loan documentation basics
• Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills 
• Marketing and target oriented
• At least 3 years of experience in trade finance and corporate lending 
• Good credit sense and understanding of credit processes
• Cultural adaptability and ability to work independently
• Previous living experience (studies, trainee program, work, etc.) abroad is a plus
