Your Tasks
- Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements for operational resilience in Hong Kong and Singapore, including but not limited to DORA, MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore), and HKMA (Hong Kong Monetary Authority) regulations.
- Implementing DZ BANK Standards and DZ BANK Regulations, as well as related processes and frameworks for operational resilience, business continuity, and third party risk management/outsourcing within the Hong Kong and Singapore branches.
- Acting as the main contact person for all operational resilience topics for DZ BANK headquarters, local business units, and regulatory authorities.
- Implementing and executing controls for operational resilience, business continuity, and third party risk management/outsourcing within the Hong Kong and Singapore branches.
- Designing, monitoring, and continuously improving processes for operational continuity, including crisis management, incident response and third party risk management/outsourcing.
- Coordinating and preparing for internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and resilience-related assessments.
- Updating, improving and ensuring adherence to local and European regulations of the existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of HK/SG with Head Office in Germany
- Leading projects and initiatives to enhance operational resilience and business continuity capabilities.
- Preparing and maintaining management reports, KPI dashboards, and documentation related to operational resilience for both local and DZ BANK-wide use.
- Supporting training and awareness initiatives on operational resilience topics for staff at Hong Kong and Singapore branches.
- Local contact person for other regulatory issues, to establish liaison with head office.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Security, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Profound knowledge and practical experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, and Third Party Risk Management, ideally within the banking sector.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. DORA, MaRisk, ISO 22301, MAS, HKMA).
- Strong project management and process implementation experience.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or local languages is a plus.
- Advanced skills in MS Office; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
